Nancy McCarthy is a passionate leader with expertise in building, leading, and coaching high performing teams and creating values based cultures. She has been recognized for her insightful approach to solving complex business and people issues.
Nancy has over thirty years' experience in various industries. Most recently, she was Division Vice President, Human Resources for ADP’s mid-market business supporting employees across the United States and Canada. She was accountable for leading the design and execution of critical HR initiatives aligned with the operating plan. Leveraging best practices, her focus was on attracting, developing, and retaining top talent; driving organizational transformation; and creating a positive employee and client experience.
Her past positions include Executive Vice President of Human Resources for PDI Inc, a publicly traded outsourcing provider of sales and marketing talent; Business Partner for Avaya, a global leader in telecommunication solutions; and VP Organization Development for Datascope Corp., a provider of cardio vascular medical devices.

Nancy holds an MBA in Industrial Relations from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a BA in Spanish and Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire. She is an ACC ICF Certified Coach.
